This Quick Reference Guide will explain How to remove the Reason for Visit.
This Quick Reference Guide assumes the user has a basic understanding of how to add Reasons for Visits in EHR.
Removing the Reason for Visit
To remove the Reason for Visit:
1. Click Additional/Manage
2. Click Clear next to the Reason you would like to remove
3. Select Yes on the Confirmation pop up
4. Click Save & Close

IMPORTANT NOTE: Clearing the Reason for Visit also removes the HPI documented under that reason. (See image below).
