The IMO Search Tool gives users the ability to search for and select desired diagnoses. In this first of four Quick Reference Guides we will learn how to access the IMO Search Tool.
This guide assumes that the user has a basic understanding of the SOAP template in EHR.
Accessing the Assessment Template
The IMO Search Tool is accessed from the Assessment template. To access the template:
- Go to the Assessment/Plan panel.
- Click the Assessment link in the left panel.
IMPORTANT NOTE: The Assessment template can also be accessed by clicking the Add/Update button, and from the Navigation MG bar.
Accessing the IMO Search Tool
To access the IMO Search Tool: Click on the IMO Core icon located at the bottom of the Billing Diagnosis History grid.
The IMO Search Tool now appears.
