All patients are automatically "Opted In" to this service but can Opt Out in PM.  
The change can be made in EHR or PM in the Modify Patient Information window:

1. Click the Privacy Tab

2. Click Privacy Consent button

3. Select Carequality

4. Change Consent Status from Share to Don't Share 

5. Click the 'Update' button.
