With this Quick Reference Guide the user will learn how to bill using the 95 Modifier for TeleMed Visit Types.
In order to bill for Telehealth services a Modifier has been added to support this Visit Type.
When completing the appropriate documentation, access the Finalize template then perform the following steps:
- Click in the Modifier(s) field.
- Select 95
- Select Dx code
- Click Verify Coding
- Then Click Submit to Superbill.
