With this Quick Reference Guide users will learn how to bill using the 95 Modifier for TeleMed Visit Types. This guide assumes that the user understands how to access the Finalize template.
Finalize MG Template
From the Finalize MG template
- Select the appropriate CPT Code for the visit
- Click on the Modifier(s) field.
- Select the 95 Telehealth services via telecommunications option from the EM Coding Modifiers pop-up window.
- Click Submit Code
- Once Code is submitted Click the Generate Note or Preview buttons to generate visit document.
