This will be done by pharmacist seeing patient:

1. From already created encounter verify properties and insurance as appropriate by right clicking on encounter.

2. From SOAP template, amongst other Reasons for Visit, do the following:

• Click Proteus Discover Evaluation

• Input and complete Proteus my phrases and discuss with patient for agreement then click Save & Close

3. From Assessment/Plan section:

• Click Assessments add additional diagnosis of "Encounter for medication review Z79.899" - You may have to search for this by clicking on "ProblemIT"

4. A/P Details:

• Under Impression/Comments mention specific medications that need to be digitized and complete Patient Details along with Provider Details once complete Save & Close

5. Prescribe Proteus in medication module:

• Click Prescribe New
• Click Proteus Equipment Tab- Choose approprite equipment
• Click Preteus Sensors Tab- Choose appropriate sensor corresponding to specific medication
• Click Proteus Meds Tab- Choose applicable medication

**send all of above Rx's to Heritage Pharmacy**

6. Select PharmSolutions Template then click OK

• Add Intake Date
• Complete Text Messages
• Complete Include Pharmacy *choose pharmacy patient currently uses
• Select Prescriber from drop down menu
• Click to add Allergies to form
• Porteus Medications will appear here
• Click Generate Document
