Clearing Location and Provider Preferences
Follow these simple steps to clear the Location and Provider Preferences:
- Click Tools from Main Menu
- Select Preferences from drop down menu.
- Go to the Medical Records tab
- Click Clear to remove (Location and/or Provider)
- Click OK
Note: You will need to do a soft log out and then log back into EHR to implement change.
Once Defaults for Location and Provider have been cleared, you will be prompted to Select Location and Provider when logging into EHR.
Selecting Location
When prompted to Select Location:
- Select the desired Location from the Location grid. (NOTE: this will not set location as default)
- Click OK to save.
Selecting Provider
When prompted to Select Provider:
- Select Provider.
- Click OK to save.
***Note: If you are a Provider the Default Provider should not be cleared since you are set as yourself ***
