This Quick Reference Guide demonstrates how to access and view the Provider Sign-off Status in EHR.
Accessing the Provider Sign-off Practice template
To Access the Provider Sign-off Practice template:
- Click the File menu.
- Select the System\Practice Template option.
3. Select Nextgen Support Serv. Template Picker MG from the Select Template list.
4. Click OK
Select the Show All radio button if the Template Picker is not available under the Preferred template list.
5. Click on dohc_prov_signoff
6. Select date needed from the Calendar pop up window.
7. Click OK
The following information displays in the Providers Sign-off Status window:
- Total number of patients seen on the selected date.
- The Patient's Name
- The Patient's DOB
- The Sign-off Status
"Y" indicates chart is completed and "N" indications chart is not completed.
