In order to bill for Telemedicine Services Rendered via Real-Time AV, a modifier has been added to support this visit type. This Quick Reference Guide assumes that the provider has a basic understanding of how to Finalize a visit.

After selecting or calculating the Visit Code on the Finalize MG template:

1. Click inside the first Modifier(s) field.
2. Select 95 Telemedicine Service rendered via Real-Time AV from the pick list.
3. Click Submit Code
