How to Clear Default Location and Provider Preferences in EHR

Users that float to various locations should not use the default Location and Provider preferences. This preference should ONLY be used for those who are stationed to a primary location and are only providing assistance under one provider.

In this Quick Reference Guide, you will learn how to remove the default Location and Provider preferences in EHR.

To clear the Location and Provider preferences:

  1. Click the Tools Menu option.
  2. Select Preferences from the drop down menu.

3.   Advance to the Medical Records tab.
4.  Click the Clear button to remove default Location / Provider.
5.  Click OK.

Perform a soft log-out in order to implement new settings.
