Home Health Orders in Tasking Inbox (Signing and Faxing) Quick Reference Guide

With this quick reference guide the user will learn how to respond to orders being tasked from Home Health requiring providers signature.

  1. Open Work Bench and select task labeled (SIGN and FAX)

2.    Review task then select Accept and Chart to open and view document

3.    Click of Signature Icon

4.    Go back to Work Bench and Reassign task

5.    Select user then add to Task

6.    Click OK

 At this point the provider has completed the task of signing the document. The recipient will need to Fax signed  order back to sender.

Note: Assuming the recipient has basic knowledge of Gold Faxing within Nextgen

7.   Continue to Gold Faxing signed document to its destination
