In this Quick Reference Guide, we will review the new enhancements made to the Past Medical/Surgical History template. These enhancements include the following:
- Ability to search for disease/disorders

Ability to search for disease/disorders
A new search feature enables the ability to add additional diseases and disorders that are not already listed. Simply:
- Free text a description of the disease/disorder in the text field labeled Other.
- Click the search icon.
- Select the desired result.
- Click Select.
Adding management values
Management values can be added for the selected result by clicking the Details icon.
Ability to add approximate onset age
The approximate onset age can be added by:
- Clicking the Onset age field
- Add the Onset age using the available options. (Options include: Days, Weeks, Months, and Years)
- Click OK
Onset date auto calculates
After adding the Onset age, the Onset date auto calculates based on the values entered in the Onset age field.
