Adding New Terms to Assessments, Problems or Both
IMO Core - Search
The icon '+' will add your diagnosis, the '^' icon indicates further specificity is required, will all you to be more specific.
Select from the options, description(s) and code(s) will display on the right-hand side of the description.
Billing History
You can sort by Date or Description and filter by Chronic or HCCs
Select a term from the patient’s Billing History list and it will be added to the desired destination (Assessments, Problems or Both)
- If more details are needed, you will be prompted.
NOTE - If a code is outdated or expired, IMO will automatically carry over the most up-to-date code.
Favorites List
To build your IMO Favorites list:
- Select an Assessment, Problem, or Both, then check the box 'Add to Favorites'
To manage favorites, click the button 'Manage Favorites'
Modifying Assessments and Problems
You can document Assessment and Plan details within the IMO Core template.
You do this by
- Select an assessment record from the right-hand side and the modification screen will display
- You can use my phrases, view previous notes, update the record, mark as chronic, add to Favorites and promote to the Problem list.
- Clicking the icon above #1 is for your My Phrase List; #2 Manage My Phrases; #3 clears the details in the field to the right.
NOTE - To save you entered you must click 'SAVE'
Modify Problems
Select a Problem from the list and the modify screen will display
You can do the following for listed Problems - merge Problem records, update problem records as they evolve, mark as tracked, mark as chronic, add to Today’s Assessments, view previous notes, add notes, and copy forward notes to the HPI, Patient and Provider plan
Additional Features of IMO Core
Resolve Historical HCC Diagnosis
With the HCC filter in the Billing History is toggled on, you have the ability add the HCC to Today’s Assessments, or resolve the HCC. Resolving a historical assessment marked as an HCC will remove that diagnosis only from IMO’s filtered HCC view.
