My Phrases can be created from multiple locations including the following: HPI Generic FreeForm template, A/P Details, and Telephone Communications template. In this Quick Reference Guide we will show you How to Create MyPhrases using the Generic FreeForm template.
Note: This Quick Reference Guide assumes the user has a basic knowledge of EHR.
Accessing the My Phrases template
To access the MyPhrases template:
-Click My Phrases.
Creating My Phrases
To create My Phrases:
- Select the type of phrase you are creating from the My phrase type field. (i.e. HPI, Impression, Plan-Provider, etc.).
- Add a brief description of the phrase in the My phrase summary field.
- Free type your desired phrase in the Phrase field.
- Click Create My Phrase.
- If adding the phrase to your Reason for Visit: Click Insert and Close or Click Cancel to close.
