In this Quick Reference Guide, users will learn how they can task the patient's Primary Care Provider from the SOAP MG template. This guide assumes that the user has a basic understanding of how to access the SOAP MG template.
After the all relevant documentation has been completed in the patient's chart. The patient's chart can then be sent in a form of a task to the patient's Primary Care Provider. In order to do so, Click the Task PCP button located at the bottom of the SOAP MG template. (See image below)
