1. Access the Adult Immunizations MG template
2. Under the "Quick Document COVID Vaccine Refusal" click the 'Reason' field for the pick list to pop-up.

After selecting the reason, an additional pick list pops-up to document details for

1. 'Absolute Refusal'
2. 'Waiting'

After selecting the details:

1. Click the 'Submit' button, this adds the details to the Immunization Module.
2. Click the 'Refresh' button to see the details in the Immunization Module.
3. If reason is 'Absolute Refusal', it shows as 'Refused', if 'Waiting' then it will show as 'Not Administered'
