This Quick Reference Guide will show users how to indicate that the Problem List was reviewed.
This guide assumes that the user has a basic knowledge of how to access the Intake MG template.
Accessing the Problem List
To access the Problem List:
- Select the Histories tab.
Arrangement of tabs may differ based on specialty.
How to document that the Problems List was reviewed
From the Histories tab the Problem List can be reviewed from the Problem List Panel. Once reviewed, users can record that they reviewed it, by selecting one of the following options:
- Reviewed - Indicates that the patient's Problems List has been reviewed.
- No active problems - Indicates that the patient has no unresolved problems recorded.
