Historical Test Quick Entry Pop up

In this Quick Reference Guide we will learn how to add historical test (Colonoscopy, Sigmoidoscopy, and Mammograms) using the History Test - Quick Entry pop up. This guide assumes that the user has a basic understanding of how to access the Care Guidelines window.

Accessing the Historical Test Quick Entry Pop up

To Access the Historical Test - Quick Entry pop up, perform the following steps:

1. Select the desired test from the Care Guidelines Paged View window.

2. Click the Status drop down arrow.

3. Select Performed Elsewhere from the Protocol Status pop up.

Note: Health Maintenance protocols must be selected in order to record the Colonoscopy, Sigmoid, and Mammogram test history.

Completing the Historical Test - Quick Entry Pop up

Perform the following steps to document the test history using the Historical Test - Quick Entry pop up:

1. Select the correct Test Description/Orderable Code.

2. Click the Date done field to select date was performed. (Click Approx: box if this is an approximate date)

3. Free text Interpretation and Results if necessary (optional fields)

4. Click the Save & Add New button

5. Click Save & Close
