In this Quick Reference Guide we will discuss how to access the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) screening tool. This Guide assumes that the user has a basic understanding as to how to access the Intake MG template.
Accessing the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) screening tool
To Access the Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 screening tool:
- Click the Health Promotion Plan active text link from the Vital Signs panel.
2. Click the Screening Tools active text link from the Screening Tools/Follow-up Plans of Care
Panel.
3. Select Generalized Anxiety Disorder-7 (GAD-7) from the Screening Tools template.
4. Complete the Questionnaire.
5. Click Save & Close
The Total Score and Interpretation fields will auto populate based on questions answered.
Results of the Generalized Anxiety Disorder - 7 (GAD-7) will display on Master Document when generated.
