This enhancement provides an alert to display patient's Emergency Room Visits since their last PCP visit. The Alert will display on the Intake, SOAP and Telephone call templates.

Viewing the ER Visit Alerts
The ER Visit Alert will display with the number of ER visits since last PCP Office visit. To view ER Visit Alert, click on red exclamation, the ER Visit window will display.
