Enhancement to provide an Alert to display when there are Anticoagulation Service Notes for the Member since the last PCP visit.
Alert will display on the Intake, SOAP, Telephone Call and Demographics templates.

Viewing the Anticoagulation Service Notes
The Anticoagulation Notes Alert will display with a number of notes added since the last PCP visit.
To view Anticoagulation Notes, click the red exclamation alert button. The Anticoagulation Service Notes window will display.
To view all Notes, click the Show All DAWN Notes checkbox.
