The Family History template has been enhanced to allow users to add additional problems. These enhancements include the following:
- Ability to free text problems.
- Blue drop down arrow added to access Family Conditions list.
- Details icon to document additional conditions and comments.
Free texting problems
A new field has been added next to the Other option that allows users to free text additional problems/conditions.
Note: An alert is triggered when free texting problems/conditions. This alert indicates that the Free-texted diagnoses will not satisfy any quality measures.
Accessing Family Conditions list
A blue drop down arrow has been added to the Other field to enable users to access the Family Conditions list.
Documenting additional Conditions and Comments
The Details icon has been added to all for the documenting of additional conditions and comments. Up to 10 additional conditions can be added using the Family History Expanded Conditions template.
