In the event the Reason for Visit is missing from the HPI, the current workaround is as follows:
When adding additonal infromation in the HPI section, the "Concern" filed may appear blank.
To resolve:
Document the same Rason for Visit in the "Other" field.
It is important to note that the Reason for Visit must be written in the exact casing as the original Reason For Visit.
