How to Update Pharmacy Information

In this Quick Reference Guide, we will explain How to Update Pharmacy Information in File Maintenance.

Updating Pharmacy

Pharmacies can be accessed to review and update information. However, for the purpose of this lesson. We will focus on updating pharmacy information. To Update Pharmacy Information:

  1.  Select EHR under Master Files/System.
  2. Click on Pharmacies.
  1. Enter pharmacy name in Pharmacies List Search field.
  2. Double-click on desired pharmacy from the list of pharmacy results.

Modifying Pharmacy Information

The Modify Pharmacy Information window now displays.

  1. Update the desired fields (i.e. Phone Number, Fax, Address, etc.) on the General tab.

2.   Click OK to save.
