This Quick Reference Guide will explain How to Copy My Phrases in EHR
This Quick Reference Guide is for NextGen Staff use only.
Accessing System\Practice Template
To copy My Phrases, you must first access the System\Practice template. To do so:
-Click the File menu.
-Select System \ Practice Template
-Under System Tab, select NextGen Support Serv. Template Picker MG
-Select OK
-Under the System column, double click on dohc_copy_my_phrases
Copying My Phrases
To copy My Phrases:
-Select the user you would like to copy phrases from, click OK.
-Select the user you would like to copy the phrases too, click OK.
-Select the phrase type, then click OK
-Select Copy
Note: This process will need to be completed after each phrase is selected. All fields will clear out each time
-Once all phrases have been copied over, select Save & Close
