How to Create InstaMed Portal Accounts
- On logon , you will be defaulted to the Manage Users tab:
- -Fields with red asterisks are required > Linked the user to the transaction and reporting group created for your specified group (check box)
- Default the Home Page and Primary Group > Select Save
- Select the Devices tab > select the Configure Devices sub tab > change the card reader device to ‘None’ (this option is necessary so they can run payments without a swipe device connected to pc) >select save
