In EHR, select 'Tools', then Preferences

In Preferences, select the 'Medications' tab, then click the 'DUR...' button.

In the 'DUR Preferences' you can:

• Create custom Override Reasons
• Update alert Display levels for
  • Interactions
  • Conditions
  • Pediatric / Geriatric Precautions
  • Allergy

Click 'Apply', then 'OK' to save your updated preferences. Then click 'OK' to close the 'Preferences' pop-up.
