To enable Copy / Paste from the Remote Desktop

Right Click the Remote Desktop icon to access NextGen, select 'Edit'.

1. Go to the Local Resources tab
2. Ensure the 'Clipboard' checkbox is enable
3. Go Back to the 'General' tab

1. Click 'Save'
2. Then click, connect

Once logged on to the server for accessing NextGen

• Find the file to copy to your local PC Desktop
• Right click, select 'Copy'

• Minimize the Remote Desktop, by clicking the '_'

On your local PC Desktop, right click and 'Paste' the file.
