Accessing the Assessment Template
To access the Assessment Template: click the Assessments link.
Removing Diagnosis
To Remove a Diagnosis:
- Select diagnosis in the Today's Assessments grid.
- Click Remove.
Click the Yes button to confirm the removal of the assessment.
