In this Quick Reference Guide, we will describe how to access the patients Medication History from the Medications Module.
Accessing the patients Medication History
The patients Medication History can be viewed by: clicking the Medication History button in the Medications Module.
Medication History Consent
The patients consent must be documented before viewing the patient's Medication History. To document consent:
- Select one of the following Consent options: Yes, No, Expired, and Withdrawn.
- Choose the desired date the consent expires.
- Click Accept.
Note: the Memo field is available for any additional comments related to the patients consent.
The patient's Prescription History is now available.
