With the ID Pain Screening template the user can score patients pain level with a series of questions then it can calculate a score for pain level.
This screening tool is a available above the vitals template. No vitals need to be added to use this feature.
- Click on ID Pain Screen link
- Click Yes or No for answers
- Total Score will appear
- Click OK to Save
The score will appear in the vitals grid and the vitals template as below.

- Master Document under Vitals
The ID Pain Screening is also available as a document. Go to the bottom of the "Intake MG".
- Click on Generate Document
- Select Pain Screening to generate document
- Generated Document
