Tasking Preferences are user specific and can be set in a variety of ways. This Quick Reference Guide is designed to help users understand the user preferences that can be set within the Clinical Tasking Inbox.
Accessing Tasking Preferences
To access the Tasking Preferences:
1. Click the drop down arrow next to the Cog icon.
2. Select Preferences from the drop down menu.
Task Preferences Window
In the Task Preferences window the following items can be set:
1. Double Click preference for Accepting Tasks.
2. Colors: used to set color preferences for Normal, Overdue, Completed, and Deleted Tasks.
3. Display Preferences allows users to do the following:
- Set Refreshing options
- Hide Enterprise Tasks by clicking the Task List by Enterprise/Practice option
- Hide Tasks Due More Than a set number of Days In the Future
- Hide Tasks Due More Than a set number of Months In the Past
