Med Refills

Issue:
When refilling a medication you get an error ‘Failed to get most used dosage order’.

Note - clicking 'OK' to clear the messages allows you to complete the refill.

Issue:
When opening a task that has a document attached, the document opens and the print button is grayed out.

Workaround:
Close the document and open the it from encounter history; the print option will be enabled.

Issue:

Unable to hide enterprise encounters in the documents and categories in the Custom Print / Send window

Workaround:
No workaround at this time.

Finalize  Issue:
On first opening of *Finalize MG the Medical Decision Making radio button is selected and a code shows automatically.

Workaround:
Select the code from the options below. For preventative visits coding, please use the "Medicare Preventive" type to avoid the code overwriting with a normal E&M code (e.g. 99213).
