Note: This can be done from PM or EHR
- Click on the patient's name to launch Demographics
- Select Privacy Tab, then click on Privacy Consent button
- Click on Carequality , then under Consent Status click the drop down to select "Don't Share"
- Verify the Effective Date is the current date
- Click Update button
Note: The same steps should be taken to Opt back in for HIE. Consent status would be changed to "Share"
