Note: This Quick Reference Guide assumes the user has basic knowledge of EHR
- Select the encounter within the patients chart that you would like to mark as sensitive
- Right click and select Sensitivity Settings
- Check all 3 boxes Sensitive Encounter, Suppress Auto Send to Patient Portal, and Suppress Outreach Actions
- Click "OK" button
Note: You will see a red exclamation mark appear before the encounter date once it's been marked as "Sensitive"
