How to access the Request Encounter Deletion/Changes section
To access the Request for Deletion/Changes section, click the Acute Utilization Review Template
Scroll to the Request Enc Delete/Changes section
How to Use the Request Encounter Deletion/Changes section
Click the Type field and make a selection from the 3 available options
- Delete Entire Encounter: To request deletion of entire encounter.
- Change Encounter Date/Time: To request change of encounter date/time.
- Individual Item Delete: To request individual item to be deleted from encounter.
1. Delete Entire Encounter:
- Click in the Type field, select Delete Entire Encounter
- Click in the Reason field, select the Reason for Deletion from the drop down list
- Once both fields are filled in click Submit
Once you click Submit, your request will be created. Please send an email to your manager to alert them of your request.
CI=Clear Information, Use the CI button to cancel action.
2. Change Encounter Date/Time:
- Click in the Type field, select Change Encounter Date/Time.
- Click in the Reason field, select the Reason for Date/Time change from the drop down list.
- Select New Date from the Calendar, and New Time from the pick lists
- Once all fields are filled in click Submit
3. Individual Item Delete:
- Click in the Type field, select Individual Item Delete.
- Click in the Reason field, select the Reason for Deletion from the drop down list
- Click the item to delete from the Select Individual Item menu, it will populate below
- Once all fields are filled in click Submit
- Note: only the templates that are attached to this specific encounter will appear.
