Notification of NextGen Updates, Enhancements & Fixes

Type Description

We are working with NextGen to resolve an issue with NextGen Share. 

  • On the Referral MG template, when searching for a provider or facility an error message appears that NextGen Share is not available.

Update We continue to work with NextGen on a critical issue with Rx Change and refill requests receiving an error on the requests in the tasking inbox.

  • We will update you when we receive a date of when a fix will be completed.

To ensure that we do not disrupt your daily practice activity, we have developed a standard update schedule and communication plan. Scheduled enhancements will take place after normal business hours (after 5:00 pm.), with prior notification, including training tools if necessary.
