Notification of NextGen Updates, Enhancements & Fixes


Enhancement In an effort to help with recent challenges with location mismatch for telehealth locations we have added the following:

  1. On the *Intake and *SOAP templates we have added an Location mismatch indicator. It will show as red you will need to update your Current Location in the top tool bar. See the attached material for further instructions if the location doesn't match.

  2.  On the Office Services template the Place Order button is disabled until the location matches. 

To ensure that we do not disrupt your daily practice activity, we have developed a standard update schedule and communication plan. Scheduled enhancements will take place after normal business hours (after 5:00 pm.), with prior notification, including training tools if necessary.
