Notification of NextGen Updates, Enhancements & Fixes
| System Enhancement | For practices doing Telehealth, CMS guidelines are adding a new Place of Service. The new Place of Service is '10' - Telehealth Provided in Patient’s Home. This option will be available in a NextGen update scheduled next week. CMS provides the following description:

| How-To | In the Medication Module there is an option to view a patients Medication History based on available SureScripts data from payers and pharmacies.

To ensure that we do not disrupt your daily practice activity, we have developed a standard update schedule and communication plan. Scheduled enhancements will take place after normal business hours (after 5:00 pm.), with prior notification, including training tools if necessary.
In addition, we ask that you notify anyone within your practice that uses NextGen to ensure they are properly logged out of the DAS Health in order for the completion of these updates.
