How to Access Lab Results Through Patient Portal

In this Quick Reference Guide, we will explain how to access lab results from Patient Portal.

NOTE: You must be enrolled in the Patient Portal in order to view result information.  If you are not enrolled, please contact your Primary Care Providers Office.

Request your lab results through the Patient Portal by following these quick and easy steps:

1. Click My Chart tab located at the top of the Patient Portal Screen.

2. Select Request Health Record from drop down menu.

1. Choose the Practice from where you would like to request the records.

2. Choose the date range of records being requested from the Chart Date field.

3. Click Submit.    

NOTE: It may take up to 24 hours for records to appear once requested.

To View Lab Results

1. Click the Home tab.

2. The Results are displayed in the results box at the bottom of the screen. Clicking View Results
   
link will reveal more details.

To view results from your mobile device

Click the Hamburger button (3 lines)

Choose the Results option from the menu.

Your available lab results should now display in the Results window.

NOTE: displays may differ based on Mobile device.
