Weekly Notification of NextGen Updates, Enhancements & Fixes

Type Description

Fixed an issue on Telephone Call pop-up templates where a user could not add or update My Phrases.

Enhancement Request to add a link to open a support ticket while inside the NextGen application.

  • A link will be available within both Practice Management and EHR.

* Expected to be available 1/27/2021

To ensure that we do not disrupt your daily practice activity, we have developed a standard update schedule and communication plan. Scheduled enhancements will take place after normal business hours (after 5:00 pm.), with prior notification, including training tools if necessary.

In addition, we ask that you notify anyone within your practice that uses NextGen to ensure they are properly logged out of the NTT Data System in order for the completion of these updates.
