Adding Columns in the Medications Module

This Quick Reference Guide identifies the steps for adding columns to the Medications grid. This guide assumes that the user has a basic understanding as to how to access the Medications Module.

Adding Columns

Perform the following steps to add columns to the Medications Grid:

  1. Click the Grid Preferences button.
  2. Select Set Columns to Display from menu.

Note: If the Grid Preferences button is not visible, right-click on a grid header to display the Grid Preference menu.

Medication View Preferences

In the Medication View Preferences window:

  1. Select the desired item(s) from the Available Columns list.
  2. Click the Add button to move to the Display field column.
  3. Use the Move Up and Move Down buttons to place items in the desired order.
  4. Click OK.

Conclusion

The selected column now displays in the Medications Grid.
